Rajat Gupta, CEO & Founder

Rajat is the CEO and Founder of Webinito Networks. Rajat recognized the opportunity to launch a Technology Startup employing ideas for the Under-serviced Digital Library Domain and the exploding market of the Web.

Rajat is responsible for crafting growth strategy for Webinito, Managing delivery and execution of client projects. He also juggles between Branding, Recruitment and Business Development functions of the organization. Rajat has more than 1.5 years of experience in working in a Web 2.0 startup managing International as well as Domestic Clients.

Rajat is hooked to Twitter, Facebook and in his free time, you can often find him playing Solitaire when alone and Counter Strike 1.6 with his brother Gurusharan. Rajat is currently learning Tennis and can also be found out occasionally teeing off at a Golf course.

Bharat Chaudhari, Project Lead – Dspace

Bharat Chaudhari is Project Lead (DSpace Division) at Webinito Networks. Bharat is currently the Library Administrator at Institute of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar and also a PhD Student in the subject of Digital Libraries.

Bharat is very well conversant with different Digital Libraries and directs Webinito strategy and planning for the DSpace Division. Apart from DSpace, Bharat has exceptional knowledge of KOHA, Alice and Inflibnet.

Bharat is married and has a beautiful kid in Riyaan. In free time, he often visits his native place and loves to be with his family.

Hardik Mishra, Sr. Software Developer – Dspace

Hardik is a Senior Software Developer at Webinito working on DSpace Repository for the last 6 months. Hardik is a core contributor to the DSpace community resolving issues.

Hardik is an expert in JAVA, J2EE,Oracle 9i, MySQL 5.0. Hardik has a Masters Degree in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.

Being an avid movie buff, Hardik hardly misses out on any English movies. Hardik is also a computer gaming freak and can be often found passing time in Counter Strike or Age of Mythology.

Alpesh Parmar, Jr. Software Engineer

Alpesh is a Software Engineer at Webinito specializing in .Net Technologies. Alpesh is an Expert in ASP.Net 2.0 and 3.5 using C#, MS-SQL server 2000 and 2005.

An Engineering graduate from a famous Engineering Institute, Alpesh also specializes in AJAX, Javascript, HTML, CSS.

Alpesh loves listening music and can be often found having the latest songs in his mplayer and ring tones. Also a Travel Buff, Alpesh loves playing cricket and computer games.

Deepak Mehdiratta, Business Development Manager

Deepak is a Business Development Manager at Webinito looking after the Sales and Marketing Function. Although a PHP programmer by choice, Deepak can manage multiple roles of System Admin, Programmer, Project Manager.

Deepak has more than 2 years of experience in the IT industry. Deepak is also an accomplished Software Programmer with exceptional skills in PHP, OS Commerce and other shopping carts. aHaving exceptional communication skills Deepak is a Mechanical Engineer from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Mumbai.

In his free time, Deepak likes to socialize with people and read Spiritual books. Deepak volunteers for a well-known non-profit organization and takes on multiple hats with élan.

Rajshekhar Pandey, Jr. Software Engineer - DSpace

Rajshekhar is Junior Software Engineer at the DSpace Division of Webinito. Rajshekhar is an Expert in Java Technologies having excellent command over Java, J2EE, J2SE, Java – Swing etc.

Rajshekhar is currentl y working on Payment Integration in DSpace along with some other customizations.

Rajshekhar love playing cricket in his free time and is also an avid gamer of strategy games such as Warcraft.
