1. Web Layouts Designing
2. Knowledge of Web 2.0 Color schemes and layouts
3. Good at Photoshop, Corel Draw - Should know the basics of slicing / Cutting images
4. Tableless CSS / HTML
5. Flash (knowledge of Flash with XML would be an advantage but not necessary)

Job Profile:
- To create PSD layouts and make standards compliant xhtml/css mark ups that validates against http://validator.w3.org/
- To create Logos / Brochures / Leaflets / Design Materials

1. Command over fundamentals of SEO

- To do On-page / Off-page SEO of websites
- To Create, Plan and Execute Online Branding Strategy for Client
