Yesterday, somebody made a positive remark about our Logo. It just instantly hit me. How much has the logo transformed in these 10 months?

It was just yesterday, when we started out, since we didnt had much of the resources, i used my underdeveloped design skills to create our own logo for the offer letters that were to be given out. I still remember how it was just out of desperation that i just made up this sign.

As I am a big fan of Google, i used the multi-colored Google logo as an inspiration to have something similar for the Webinito Logo. But there was slight logic behind the logo as well. The first three vertical lines drawn in orange, green and blue represents our 3 core businesses i.e. Digital Library services, Web Services and Online Branding (in the same order). The fourth 'i' stands for imagination that we continously try to incorporate within all our efforts (ok - i m serious!) :)

I gave the logo (2nd in the figure) to Mr. Shakil Girach of Madmasters who brilliantly transformed it into something that you see in the 3rd. The fonts for the 3rd were also the idea of Mr. Shakil.

The colors in the logo used were Orange, Green, Blue and Red. I dont know the reason behind these colors yet, but i guess these colors reflect something in me. Maybe the social beliefs that i carry, the Indian flag, my favorite color i.e. blue, my aim - red. I am yet to figure that out.

But i believe that this whole logo stuff really helped me get on with Webinito. A company with a logo is like a person without a face - you know he is there, but who?
